Shipping & Returns
We prefer to keep it local and reduce our carbon footprint so where possible we like you to choose from collections that are local to you and able to be dropped off/picked up by our drivers easily. Currently we only provide to the Hertfordshire area (or within a 20 mile radius) but this is due to change in the near future to incorporate a UK wide service.
Although not compulsory, we strongly recommend you pay the £5 delivery fee for one of our drivers to deliver and pick up your item(s). With our own service we can pre-agree times and dates with you and will keep you fully updated. This also helps us in acting as a third party to resolve any damage disputes, as our driver will take pictures as an inventory record. We will also require a signature on both delivery and pick up. We cannot guarantee shipping times from each individual Lender or another alternative courier.
You can however directly discuss delivery options with us according to your needs and preferences (for example if you are very close to our HQ we can provide free delivery). Our site retains your pre-authorised card deposit and not the lender themselves so that we can protect you against any disputes. Should you have any problems please contact us: email@example.com
Our rental period is 6 days from receiving delivery to returning of the item, please take this into consideration when you select your dates to leave enough time for cleaning. Some lenders will prefer to clean their own garment personally (this will be indicated on the listing, under washing instructions, especially if the item loaned is delicate). It is your responsibility to return the item in the same condition as you received it, undamaged and unless otherwise specified, cleaned. Additional days required outside of the 6 day rental will need to be pre-agreed, as the item you have loaned may already be reserved by another Lili. If its possible to extend the loaning period we can then negotiate an agreed rate with the lender for the extra day(s) you require the item.
We allow 48 hours from receiving your delivery to try on and approve the item. You must inform us within this timeframe if you decide to return it unworn, so the lender can re-list it as available and be given the opportunity to receive rental from another Lili.
If you happen to remove our tag (which is clearly marked do not remove unless loaning) then you will be charged the full rental price of that item and lose your right to exercise our 48 hour free returns policy minus delivery fees. We typically send Orders out early in the week for most items to be worn over a weekend and cleaned (e.g items be delivered Wednesday are to be returned the following Tuesday).
